Bhabani Sankar Jena is the Founder and CEO of DxMinds. He is a serial entrepreneur. Prior to this, he was the Chairman & MD of an award-winning Mobility company called FuGenX since 2008 which was acquired by a $65Mn US-based company in 2017.
Under his management, the team at FuGenX delivered 1000+ Apps and was the winner of Deloitte Tech Fast 50 India and Fast 500 APAC for 3 years. Some of the Apps delivered under his guidance became billion-dollar-valued companies such as Big Basket (funded by Alibaba Group), Byju’s Classes (Funded by Mark Zuckerberg), etc.
Bhabani holds a degree in Information Technology (BEng) from Utkal University. Although technically-savvy across all areas of IT, his real strengths are in Mobile Applications, Wireless & Networking protocols, Sensor networking, and Web 2.0. He has previously been employed by a host of big-hitting multinationals, including Mascon Global and Samsung Electro-Mechanics.
