Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic Inside Sales Executive to lead outbound sales and global lead generation regions like USA, UAE, Japan, and India. The ideal candidate will identify prospects, engage international clients, understand IT service needs, and schedule business meetings to drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Connect with international clients and understand their IT service requirements.
- Build strong client relationships and coordinate with internal teams.
- Manage the sales pipeline using CRM tools and achieve set targets.
Requirements:
- 3–7 years of experience in outbound sales, lead generation, and cold calling.
- Excellent English communication skills; experience with global clients preferred.
- Prior experience in IT service or technology solution sales.
- Proficiency with CRM and sales automation tools.
- Preferred: Experience in any international markets like (USA, UAE, Japan, India).
Strong understanding of global business trends and IT solutions.
