Prabhu’s journey into the professional world began with the completion of double Master’s degrees in Computer Science and Business Administration, which provided him with a robust foundation in both technical and managerial disciplines. He started his career as an IT Business Consultant, specializing in ERP systems with a focus on HR/HCM. Over the years, he expanded his expertise across various domains, including top-level management, project deliveries, project management, human resources, sales, marketing, and training. This extensive experience culminated in his current role as VP Operations at DxMinds Innovation Labs, where he leverages his 25 years of industry experience to drive operational excellence and innovation.
